LED Quick Connect Spring Clip, Solderless (L068)

The L068 is an all-metal SMT spring clip for solderless LED strip connections. It has no plastic housing - the stamped metal spring is placed directly on the PCB, and the wire is pressed into the clip to make contact without soldering. This removes the hand-soldering step from strip assembly, cuts labor cost, and keeps the profile extremely thin, which is why it is used in LED soft strips, under-cabinet lights and thin decorative lighting. It is rated at 1 A / 250 V with insulation resistance of ≥ 1000 MΩ and contact resistance of ≤ 20 mΩ.

The whole product is one stamped spring, so the manufacturing quality is the material and the spring-back control. If the spring force is too low, the wire pulls out; if it is too high, the wire is hard to insert. We control the strip material, the heat treatment and the stamping geometry so the clamping force is consistent, and the parts are plated for stable contact over time. The L068 clips are delivered in antistatic carrier tape and reel for automatic SMT placement, packed in five-layer corrugated cartons labeled with model, quantity and batch, and palletized with stretch film. Recommended storage is 15-25 °C, relative humidity below 60%. Domestic full-truckload or LTL, international express (UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT), air and sea options available with tracking, batch traceability and COC.
