Leveraging the R&D advantages of our 65 professional R&D personnel, as well as our production expertise in high‑precision stamping, injection molding, and automatic assembly, our core testing capabilities cover multiple dimensions closely related to product performance and safety:

• Electrical parameter test: Contact resistance, Insulation resistance, Dielectric Strength, Temperature Rise, Maximum test current, Current cycling, Circuit continuity monitor test, Voltage drop test.

• Climatic reliability test: Dry and Cold test, Damp heat test, Temperature change test, Temperature cycle, Temperature and humidity cycle, Temperature shock, Vibration/mechanical shock test, Salt spray test.

• Mechanical and Endurance strength test: Wire bending test, Terminal bending resistance, Metallic materials‑Tensile testing, Profile analysis, Plug and pull cycle, Retention force test, Drop test, Carton bursting strength test, All force test for terminals.
