01. Mould Manufacturing
With over 10 years of experience in R&D and design of precision connector molds, we strictly adhere to international industry standards and adopt advanced CAD/CAM analysis and design systems. We specialize in developing high-precision molds for automotive and new energy connectors, SMT electronic connectors, LED lighting connectors, terminal pins, and custom injection-molded products. Our mold manufacturing process ensures ultra-tight dimensional tolerances and consistent quality, laying a solid foundation for large-scale mass production.
02. Stamping
We provide customized design and manufacturing services for connector terminals and pin grid connectors tailored to customer-specific requirements. Equipped with 65 high-speed precision stamping machines, our stamping production lines efficiently process a variety of conductive materials including copper alloy, brass, and high-speed steel. The stamping process features high efficiency, precision, and stable performance, fully meeting the application requirements of the automotive and industrial sectors.

03. Injection Molding
With 97 high-precision injection molding machines, we specialize in producing connector housings and insulating components with uniform quality and stable performance. Our applicable materials cover PA, PBT, ABS, and other engineering plastics, fully complying with the requirements for flame retardancy, temperature resistance, and mechanical strength specified in IATF16949 and UL standards, ensuring the reliability and safety of automotive and electronic products.
04. Automation
Our fully automated production system integrates the entire process flow, including cutting, stamping, injection molding, assembly, inspection and packaging, which significantly improves production efficiency, stability and consistency. We are equipped with 618 automatic assembly machines and 390 CCD automatic inspection systems, totaling nearly 1,000 sets of professional production equipment. This advanced configuration enables an annual production capacity of 5 billion pieces, effectively supporting the fast delivery needs of global customers. The on-line CCD inspection system ensures 100% product qualification before packaging, preventing defective products from entering the market at the source.
05. Laboratory & Quality Control
Covering a plant area of 53,000 square meters, JKUN has established a standardized and authoritative CNAS-accredited laboratory, which operates independently within the company to conduct internal product testing. It undertakes internal testing for electronic connectors, LED lighting connectors, electrical and automotive wire harnesses, and other products, fully meeting the needs of product development and quality assurance testing, and providing comprehensive performance testing and strict full-cycle quality control for all of the company's connector products.
