Product Overview
A2508 2.5mm wire to board connector is a replacement-compatible connector designed to match Hirose DF1B series connectors. With identical dimensions, locking positions, and terminal structures, it can directly replace original connectors without PCB modification, significantly reducing procurement costs. It is widely adopted by overseas buyers in industrial control and power supply industries as an alternative solution to imported connectors.
 

Manufacturing Process & Production Capability
The complete compatible structure molds of A2508 are independently designed and manufactured in our factory. During the precision stamping process, dedicated tooling is developed according to the DF1B-compatible terminal profile. High-purity copper strips are precisely stamped and processed with multi-layer plating to improve insertion durability and electrical reliability.

The injection molding workshop uses high-temperature flame-retardant PA66 materials to produce interchangeable housings and headers through precision injection molds.

Semi-finished components are transferred to automated assembly lines, where high-speed pin insertion equipment completes terminal locking and housing assembly. Vision positioning systems are applied throughout production to prevent assembly deviation.

After assembly, products undergo high-precision CCD visual inspection with ±0.01mm accuracy, automatically identifying dimensional deviations, terminal deformation, and housing defects. Qualified products are tape packaged and receive complete electrical testing, including withstand voltage, continuity, and insulation resistance inspection before warehouse entry.

The factory operates independent stamping, injection molding, and assembly workshops with fully integrated production capabilities. Digital management systems connect each manufacturing process, enabling complete traceability of raw materials, machine parameters, and inspection records.

Each new product must pass more than 500 continuous trial production cycles before mass production approval. Following IATF16949 automotive-level quality standards, our automated production lines provide stable monthly capacity of 5 million pieces, supporting long-term overseas distributor and bulk purchasing requirements.

Warehouse storage conditions are dry and protected from direct sunlight to prevent deformation.
