QA2018-QA2008: 2.00mm Pitch Automotive TPA or ISL Connector

The QA2018–QA2008 series adopts a triple-protection structure consisting of a secondary locking mechanism, four-sided fully enclosed terminals, and an external hook interlocking design.
The secondary locking mechanism follows a "basic positioning + reinforced fastening" logic, increasing terminal retention force by more than 30% and effectively eliminating the risk of loosening caused by vibration.
The four-sided fully enclosed terminals provide four-point positioning and clamping, preventing displacement and rotation.
Double-sided contact terminals increase the effective contact area, reduce contact resistance, and extend mating life.
The external hook interlocking structure ensures tight engagement, resistance to vibration and shock, and suitability for complex automotive and industrial operating conditions.

Application Scenarios

JKUN QA2018–QA2008 series connectors are specifically developed for automotive LED headlight modules, offering high temperature resistance, vibration resistance, and a compact design. They feature low-resistance conductivity and a fail-safe design, ensuring stable operation of the headlight system.

JKUN connectors are manufactured to IATF16949 standards, employing a dual-branch parallel production process. This process includes copper strip stamping and plating, injection molding, assembly, CCD inspection, taping, and comprehensive final inspection, with quality control applied throughout the entire production chain. Qualified products are safely delivered according to orders.

JKUN's core production base is organized into injection molding, stamping, and assembly workshops, equipped with automated machinery to perform plastic part injection molding, copper strip stamping, terminal crimping, and initial CCD inspection. The entire process is autonomously controlled, ensuring production efficiency and product quality.

JKUN uses industrial-grade standardized packaging. Products are neatly sorted and packed into custom corrugated cardboard boxes with cushioning pads, secured on standard pallets. Storage requires retaining the original factory packaging in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Transportation options include full truckload road transport, international express, air, and sea freight, with accompanying shipping documents. Packaging materials are recyclable, and proper handling is required to prevent damage or impact.
