L031 LED Quick Connector

The L031 LED quick connector is a quick-connect spring clip for LED light boards. The one-piece stamped metal clip is SMT-soldered onto the PCB and provides solderless fast interconnection with a mating blade or wire. The elastic grip structure gives stable, reliable contact and resists loosening under vibration, while the plated surface protects against oxidation and corrosion for long-term conduction. Its small size saves PCB space in compact LED modules and removes manual wire soldering from the fixture assembly process, which improves production efficiency.

The contact force of a spring clip comes directly from the bend geometry and material thickness set in the stamping die. We produce L031 on progressive dies from high-conductivity copper strip, with plating applied to a controlled specification and CCD inspection to ±0.01mm before taping. This die-controlled geometry keeps spring force uniform across millions of parts, which is what a high-volume LED assembly line needs for consistent push-in effort and contact stability.

Packaging & Transportation

Products are packed in ESD carrier tape for direct SMT feeder use, sealed in five-layer corrugated cartons labelled with model, quantity and lot number, then stacked on wooden pallets and secured with stretch film. Recommended storage is 15-25 °C with relative humidity below 60%. Domestic full-truck or LTL delivery, international express (UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT), air and sea freight are available, with tracking, batch traceability and a certificate of conformity (COC) provided with each shipment.
