Jiankun Connectors employs a dual-branch parallel production model, utilizing a highly efficient and coordinated manufacturing system to ensure large-scale production efficiency and product consistency. The specific process is as follows:
1. Copper Strip Substrate Processing Branch: Using high-purity copper strip as the raw material, terminals are first formed using high-precision stamping equipment to ensure that critical dimensional tolerances remain within industry standards;The stamped workpieces are then immediately transferred to a specialized electroplating workshop, where they undergo standardized surface treatment processes (such as tin plating and gold plating) to enhance the terminals' electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and mechanical wear resistance, laying the foundation for reliable connections in subsequent stages.


2. Injection Molding Raw Material Processing Branch: Proceeding in parallel with copper strip processing, high-quality injection molding materials that meet the automotive industry's environmental and temperature resistance standards are selected. Core components such as connector housings and rear covers are manufactured as integrated parts using high-precision injection molding equipment. Strict control is exercised over the appearance, dimensional accuracy, and structural strength of the injection-molded parts to ensure proper fit with the electroplated terminals.


Once processing in both branches is complete, the electroplated terminals and injection-molded components are transferred to the pin-pressing assembly process, where automated equipment ensures precise assembly, guaranteeing component fit and assembly stability.The assembled semi-finished products first undergo CCD vision inspection. Using high-precision imaging technology, the process conducts a comprehensive, all-angle verification of the product's critical dimensional accuracy, cosmetic defects (such as scratches and deformation), and assembly fit. Products that pass inspection are transferred to the automated tape-and-reel process for standardized batch packaging, which facilitates subsequent warehouse management and meets customers' automated assembly requirements.After tape-and-reel packaging, the products undergo a comprehensive final inspection. Through multi-dimensional quality control measures-including electrical performance testing, random sampling for water resistance and sealing integrity, and mechanical insertion/removal endurance testing-we ensure full lifecycle quality control. Finally, finished products that pass the final inspection are transferred to the finished goods warehouse for standardized storage. Based on customer order requirements, we perform precise picking, customized packaging, and efficient delivery to ensure that every batch of products meets the automotive industry's stringent quality standards.
