L059 LED Quick Connector

The L059 LED quick connector is a matched male/female metal contact set for solderless board-to-board interconnects on LED lighting modules. The pair consists of a male blade and a female spring clip that are SMT-mounted on two separate PCBs, so two boards can be joined by simple push-fit without soldering at the joint. The contacts are precision-stamped from high-conductivity copper with gold or nickel plating options, giving stable conductivity, oxidation resistance and consistent spring force over repeated mating. The compact, low-profile design saves board space and removes manual soldering from the luminaire assembly process, which shortens cycle time on the production line.

A solderless pair works only if the spring clip holds the blade with the designed force after thousands of cycles, and that force is set in the stamping die, not in the assembly. Our progressive dies control blade width and clip geometry, and the spring material is high-conductivity copper strip with plating applied to a qualified specification. Dimensional inspection to ±0.01mm keeps the two parts within their mating window, so board-to-board joints keep stable contact resistance over the life of the fixture.

Packaging & Transportation

Products are packed in ESD carrier tape for direct SMT feeder use, sealed in five-layer corrugated cartons labelled with model, quantity and lot number, then stacked on wooden pallets and secured with stretch film. Recommended storage is 15-25 °C with relative humidity below 60%. Domestic full-truck or LTL delivery, international express (UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT), air and sea freight are available, with tracking, batch traceability and a certificate of conformity (COC) provided with each shipment.
