L079 LED Quick Connector
The L079 LED quick connector is an SMT female contact clip for board-to-board interconnection on LED modules. The one-piece stamped part uses a four-claw positioning structure with a center opening for stable SMT placement, while the internal elastic contact structure gives lasting spring recovery. Nickel or gold plating provides stable conductivity and corrosion resistance. The multi-directional claw grip wraps the mating terminal for even, dependable contact, with good vibration and pull-out resistance. The flat, small outline saves PCB space and needs no added soldering at the joint.
Four-claw grip force is a function of claw symmetry and material temper, both set in the die. We stamp L079 on progressive tooling and check the claw geometry by CCD inspection to ±0.01mm so all four claws engage evenly. Plating is applied to a controlled specification. For a buyer this delivers even contact pressure around the terminal, which keeps contact resistance low and stable across high-volume deliveries without assembly rework.

Packaging & Transportation
Products are packed in ESD carrier tape for direct SMT feeder use, sealed in five-layer corrugated cartons labelled with model, quantity and lot number, then stacked on wooden pallets and secured with stretch film. Recommended storage is 15-25 °C with relative humidity below 60%. Domestic full-truck or LTL delivery, international express (UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT), air and sea freight are available, with tracking, batch traceability and a certificate of conformity (COC) provided with each shipment.
