L076 LED Quick Connector
The L076 LED quick connector is a closed square SMT female terminal for board-to-board interconnection on LED modules. The terminal is wrap-formed from high-conductivity copper into a closed sleeve with an internal elastic contact, giving full-around grip of the mating blade. This enclosed structure provides large contact area, stable contact resistance and strong vibration and pull-out resistance. Nickel or gold plating is available, and the compact cubical outline takes little PCB area. The solderless joint simplifies LED luminaire assembly and supports automated SMT placement.
A closed sleeve is formed by wrapping a stamped blank into a tube, and the wrap seam and internal contact have to be controlled tightly or the grip becomes uneven. Our progressive dies and forming process hold the sleeve geometry to CCD-inspected tolerance, and plating is applied to a controlled specification. The value for a buyer is full-around grip that protects contact resistance even under heavy vibration, delivered consistently from the first sample to production batches.

Packaging & Transportation
Products are packed in ESD carrier tape for direct SMT feeder use, sealed in five-layer corrugated cartons labelled with model, quantity and lot number, then stacked on wooden pallets and secured with stretch film. Recommended storage is 15-25 °C with relative humidity below 60%. Domestic full-truck or LTL delivery, international express (UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT), air and sea freight are available, with tracking, batch traceability and a certificate of conformity (COC) provided with each shipment.
