L073 LED Quick Connector

The L073 LED quick connector is an SMT metal contact spring for fast board-to-board interconnection on LED modules. The one-piece clip is precision-stamped from high-conductivity copper alloy with a bent-spring structure that keeps stable, lasting elasticity and is fully compatible with automated SMT placement. Nickel or gold plating is available for conductivity, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and contact resistance stays stable over repeated mating. The thin, compact outline takes little board space, and the joint needs no added solder, which simplifies LED luminaire assembly.

Spring force in a one-piece bent clip is set entirely by the bend radius, material temper and thickness, so die control is the whole quality story. Our progressive dies hold the bend geometry within CCD-inspected tolerance to ±0.01mm, and plating is applied to a controlled specification. For a buyer this means the clip keeps its contact force and board height constant across deliveries, so the mating part seats correctly on every board without line adjustment.

Packaging & Transportation

Products are packed in ESD carrier tape for direct SMT feeder use, sealed in five-layer corrugated cartons labelled with model, quantity and lot number, then stacked on wooden pallets and secured with stretch film. Recommended storage is 15-25 °C with relative humidity below 60%. Domestic full-truck or LTL delivery, international express (UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT), air and sea freight are available, with tracking, batch traceability and a certificate of conformity (COC) provided with each shipment.
