L036 LED Quick Connector
The L036 LED quick connector is an insulation-piercing (poke-in) spring terminal developed for LED strip and module wiring. The one-piece precision-stamped clip has a blade edge that cuts through the wire insulation when the conductor is pressed in, making electrical contact without stripping the wire first. The elastic clamping structure grips the cable firmly, resists vibration and keeps contact impedance stable. Because no plastic housing is required, the part stays small, saves assembly space and cuts the steps in the luminaire wiring process, raising line efficiency.
Piercing performance depends on the blade angle, hardness and clamping geometry, all of which are fixed in the stamping die. We control the die geometry, material hardness and plating together so the blade penetrates the insulation cleanly and the clamp holds the conductor with consistent force. When your cable diameter or insulation thickness changes, the clip size and blade geometry can be adjusted to suit the wire, with samples confirmed before mass production.
