The Battery Management System (BMS) connector in new energy vehicles is a key component ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power battery. Important: To prevent incorrect insertion, connectors should have both structural (e.g., different slot shapes) and color-coded (e.g., different color markings) mechanisms to ensure proper assembly.

Align Insertion Direction: Fully align the plug and socket and insert smoothly along the axial direction, avoiding oblique insertion that could damage the terminals.

Confirm Locking in Place: Most BMS connectors are equipped with a mechanical locking structure. After insertion, you should hear a "click" sound or feel a locking sensation to ensure a secure connection and resist the effects of vibrations during vehicle operation.
