• Construction: The pins are securely embedded in the PBT housing using a double-shot molding process, resisting high-frequency vibrations and preventing poor contact.

• Layout: The 2.2 mm pitch double-row configuration supports multi-circuit signal transmission, with tight control over critical dimensional tolerances.

• Materials: Housing is made of PBT UL94-V0 flame-retardant plastic, and pins are brass with matte tin plating, offering high temperature resistance, aging resistance, and excellent conductivity, meeting the long lifespan requirements of automotive electronics.
