• Board-Side Connector: SMT soldering design compatible with automated production lines, improving assembly efficiency and soldering stability.

• Housing: Integrates a secondary locking mechanism, providing double protection against detachment through "one-time positioning + secondary reinforcement". Visual locking indicators and an anti-misoperation design further enhance terminal retention force.

• Terminals: Made of phosphor bronze with a nickel-plated tin finish, ensuring excellent conductivity and wear resistance.

• Material: Housing is made of UL94 V-0 flame-retardant plastic, providing superior weather resistance, safety, and electrical performance.

The UL94 V-0 housing withstands high temperatures, and the secondary locking mechanism resists vibration and impact. The 2.5 mm pitch ensures stable current carrying and prevents lighting failures.

  • Transportation: Road transport, international express, air freight, or sea freight. During handling, prevent contact with sharp objects or heavy impacts. Protective equipment should be worn during loading/unloading, and packaging materials should be recycled.
