A1008 Double-Row Series (MOLEX Pico-Clasp 1.0 Double Row)
The A1008 double-row series features an internal locking mechanism with an interlocking structure, a locking depth of ≥1.8 mm, and anti-slip teeth on the mating surface. Verified through vibration testing, the connector can withstand high-frequency vibration and impact, effectively preventing loosening between male and female connectors.
The car headlight connector terminals adopt a four-sided, fully enclosed four-point positioning structure to prevent displacement and rotation. Both male and female terminals utilize a double-sided point-contact design with a mating life of more than 500 cycles. This design reduces contact voltage drop and enables reliable performance under high-frequency start-stop operation and transient current fluctuation conditions.
