A1506 Single-Row Series (MOLEX CLIK-Mate 1.5 Single Row)
The A1506 single-row series features an integrated internal hook interlocking structure that ensures precise and secure mating. Verified through vibration fatigue testing, it can withstand high-frequency vibration and impact, meeting the high retention force requirements of complex operating conditions such as those encountered in automotive applications.
The terminals adopt U-shaped precision-stamped structures, while the board-side terminals use C-shaped clamping structures. Both male and female terminals employ a symmetrical double-sided point-contact design, achieving a contact resistance of ≤10 mΩ. This design improves conductivity stability and current-carrying capacity while evenly distributing insertion and extraction wear, thereby extending product service life.
