Secondary Lock Prevents Terminal Back-Out
The A2009/A2019 housing adds a secondary lock behind the primary terminal retention point. Road vibration, harness pull and repeated thermal movement cannot push a partially seated terminal backward and open a headlamp circuit.
3A Current Path with Contact Resistance Below 10mΩ
The 2.0mm interface carries 3A at 125V AC/DC while contact resistance remains at or below 10mΩ. Continuous headlamp operation limits voltage loss and prevents the connector interface from becoming a concentrated heat source.
