QA2009–A2019 Series (MOLEX DuraClik Connector)
The QA2009–A2019 series features a double-locking mechanism with secondary locking. The primary lock provides basic terminal positioning, while the secondary lock reinforces terminal fixation, eliminating the risk of loosening caused by high-frequency vibration or improper operation.


These automotive light connectors are equipped with an integrated lock protection device that provides triple protection against foreign object intrusion, deformation, and accidental unlocking, ensuring long-term stable locking performance. The terminals adopt a four-sided, fully enclosed four-point positioning structure with a double-sided contact configuration, improving both electrical conductivity and mechanical durability.
The board-to-wire connector incorporates an internal interlocking structure, verified through vibration testing, making it suitable for high-frequency vibration environments. The product also offers strong wide-temperature adaptability, with an operating temperature range of −40 ℃ to +125 ℃. It can withstand continuous high-temperature conditions in LED automotive lighting modules while maintaining stable performance.
