Manufacturing Process & Production Capability
The housing and SL integrated locking structure of the Automotive SL Connector are produced through synchronized precision injection molding. Automotive-grade copper strips are processed into conductive terminals through high-precision stamping equipment.

The terminal bending force and holding accuracy are strictly controlled. After stamping, terminals receive enhanced gold plating treatment to improve corrosion resistance and electrical reliability.

The injection molding process uses weather-resistant engineering plastics to produce durable connector housings.

Automated automotive assembly lines complete terminal insertion and SL locking in one process. CCD vision inspection systems automatically verify locking status and prevent incomplete locking defects.

Finished products undergo thermal cycling, long-term vibration aging tests, electrical continuity inspection, and withstand voltage testing before barcode-based warehouse entry.

The factory operates a dedicated automotive connector workshop with MES digital management throughout production. Raw materials, manufacturing data, and inspection records are fully traceable.
