Production Process

 

 

The production process uses two parallel branches:

  • Copper Strip Branch: Copper strips are stamped and electroplated to produce high-conductivity terminals.
  • Injection Molding Branch: Raw materials are processed into connector housings and other plastic components through automated injection molding.

After both branches are complete, terminals and molded parts are combined for assembly. Subsequent processes include CCD inspection, automated taping, final inspection, warehousing, and shipping, ensuring high efficiency and consistent quality.
