QC2508: A waterproof wire to wire connector specifically designed for automotive applications

QC2508 adopts a multi-layer sealing structure: equipped with a waterproof ring at the front, and the main body is paired with a hinged rear cover. A pre-assembled waterproof structure is formed by buckling the rear cover to compress the sealing plug, achieving an IP67 waterproof rating. After crimping, the terminals are directly inserted through the rear cover hole. This protects the sealing plug while reducing wire harness production processes.

Application

QC2508 is specifically designed for automotive connections, adopting a multi-layer waterproof structure. After terminal crimping, they are directly inserted through the rear cover hole - this protects the sealing plug while reducing wire harness production processes, which is committed to achieving stable and waterproof connections in automotive structures.

QC2508's production process proceeds in two parallel branches simultaneously: For the branch using copper strip as raw material, the copper strip is first processed through the punching procedure, and the punched workpiece is then sent to the electroplating procedure for surface treatment; meanwhile, for the branch using injection molding material as the base material, injection molding is carried out synchronously to produce the corresponding components.

After the processing of both branches is completed, the electroplated workpiece and the injection-molded components are combined and moved to the pin pressing procedure for component assembly. The assembled products first undergo CCD inspection to verify precision and appearance quality; qualified products then go through taping for bulk storage, followed by a full inspection procedure to fully control the final quality. Products that pass the full inspection are stored in the warehouse, and finally, delivery is completed according to actual order requirements.

For QC2508 of JKUN, a standardized packaging form is adopted: the goods are neatly packaged into cartons of corresponding specifications, and then secured on pallets after packing, which facilitates loading and unloading operations via forklifts.

The products should be stored in a clean and dry warehouse while kept in their original packaging. It is recommended to choose a sheltered environment with minimal temperature fluctuations and low humidity for storage, and to avoid external extrusion or damage to the packaging.

Diversified transportation options are available, including full-truckload road transport (by truck), international couriers (such as UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, DHL), air freight and sea freight. These options can be flexibly selected based on order requirements and logistics coverage.

During transportation, the packaging should be kept away from sharp objects or severe impacts to prevent packaging damage (which may affect the products). Under normal transportation and operation scenarios, there is no undue health hazard, but it is recommended to pay attention to loading and unloading safety and avoid littering the packaging materials.
