L080 LED Quick Connector
The L080 LED quick connector is an ultra-thin SMT female contact clip for board-to-board interconnection on LED modules. The one-piece part is precision-stamped and bent from high-conductivity copper alloy with a dual-pivot spring structure that distributes elastic force evenly for stable, lasting recovery. Nickel or gold plating is available, and the multi-point contact keeps contact resistance steady with firm, vibration-resistant retention. The ultra-flat profile occupies minimal board space, and the solderless joint simplifies LED luminaire assembly and supports high-volume production.
Dual-pivot springs balance force across two bending points, but the balance only holds if both bends are formed to the same geometry. Our stamping and bending process is set on progressive tooling with CCD inspection to ±0.01mm, so the two pivots recover evenly part after part. Plating is controlled to specification. Packaging & Transportation

Domestic full-truck or LTL delivery, international express (UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT), air and sea freight are available, with tracking, batch traceability and a certificate of conformity (COC) provided with each shipment.
