Production Process
A dual-branch parallel production model is employed, using copper strip base material and injection molding raw materials:
Copper strips are stamped and electroplated to improve conductivity, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
Injection molding raw materials are processed simultaneously into connector housings and other components.
Components are combined, followed by pin assembly, CCD inspection, tape-and-reel packaging, and a full-process final inspection.
Qualified products are stored and shipped according to order requirements.

Package & Transportation
Industrial-grade standardized packaging is used. Products are placed in dedicated cartons and secured on pallets, suitable for forklift handling.

Transportation: Road transport, international express, air freight, or sea freight. Avoid contact with sharp objects or violent impacts. Ensure safe loading and unloading. Packaging materials should be recycled.
