The A10013 series is a 1.0mm pitch wire-to-board connector specifically designed to meet the miniaturization and high-density integration requirements of consumer electronics. The series includes A10013AWR/AWV-SMT surface-mount board-side connectors, with fully developed matching wire-end housings and terminals, providing an efficient connection solution characterized by a small pitch, high compatibility, and ease of assembly.
Ultra-narrow Pitch Design
The 1.0mm pitch significantly reduces PCB footprint and supports configurations ranging from 2×3 to 2×15 pins. It enables simultaneous transmission of multi-circuit signals and power, achieving high space utilization.
SMT Surface-mount Compatibility
The board-side connector adopts SMT surface-mount soldering, compatible with high-speed pick-and-place equipment and reflow soldering processes. This eliminates manual insertion, improves mass production efficiency, and enhances soldering reliability.
Integrated Protective Design
The wire-end housing incorporates anti-misinsertion and anti-loosening structures. Materials comply with RoHS and REACH environmental standards. The terminals are made of phosphor bronze with tin plating and feature a contact resistance of ≤30 mΩ, improving durability and insertion/extraction life.
