Production Process
JKUN connectors utilize a dual-branch parallel synchronous production process in compliance with IATF 16949 standards, establishing closed-loop control from raw materials to final delivery.
In the copper-strip branch, terminals are manufactured through precision stamping and electroplating processes. In parallel, the injection-molding branch produces plastic housings and related components. After the two branches converge, the products undergo automated assembly, CCD 100% inspection, tape packaging, and final inspection.
Finished products are stored in a constant-temperature warehouse and managed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, high efficiency, consistent quality, and full data traceability throughout the process.

Package & Transportation
JKUN adopts standardized packaging methods. Products are neatly packed into appropriately sized cartons and then secured on pallets for convenient forklift handling.
Products should be stored in their original packaging in a clean, dry warehouse environment. It is recommended to avoid direct light exposure and to maintain minimal temperature and humidity fluctuations. External pressure or damage to the packaging should be avoided.
Transportation options are flexible and include full truckload road transport, international express services (UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, DHL), air freight, and sea freight, selectable according to order requirements and logistics coverage.
During transportation, contact with sharp objects and severe impacts should be avoided to prevent damage to the packaging, which may affect the product. Under normal transportation and handling conditions, the product poses no undue health hazards; however, safe loading and unloading practices should be observed, and careless disposal of packaging materials should be avoided.
