Production process

 

 

Production process of Jiankun follows the professional control standard of electronic manufacturing, which is divided into three core stages: front-end process, middle-end process and quality control, back-end warehousing and delivery, as follows:

First, the front-end process: parts molding

1. Terminal stamping molding

High purity copper strip as raw material, through high-speed precision stamping equipment, cold press molding for terminal blanks, strict control of the structure of the terminal precision and mechanical strength, to lay the foundation for the subsequent electrical connection performance.

2. Terminal plating treatment

Gold/tin/nickel plating and other surface treatments are completed by qualified external suppliers to enhance the conductivity, oxidation resistance and wear life of the terminals, and to meet the environmental and reliability requirements of the industry, such as RoHS, REACH, and so on.

3. Plastic shell injection molding

Engineering plastic particles (such as PA66, LCP) are injected into the mold after melting at high temperatures in precision injection molding machines, and molded into connector shells to ensure the dimensional stability, insulation performance and temperature resistance of the shells.

 

Second, the mid-range process and quality control

1. Automated assembly

Through the high-speed pin equipment will be plated terminals and injection plastic shell for accurate insertion and locking, to achieve the connector electrical connection structure of the molding, the whole process by the visual positioning system to protect the assembly accuracy.

2. CCD visual inspection

Utilizing high-resolution CCD visual inspection system, the connector's appearance defects (such as terminal deformation, shell flying edge), dimensional accuracy (such as terminal alignment deviation) for automated detection and yield screening, detection accuracy up to ± 0.01mm.

3. Taping and packaging

We use carrier tape and cover tape to encapsulate qualified products to meet the process requirements of SMT automated placement for downstream customers, and to avoid damage to the products during transportation and storage.

4. Final Inspection

Through the joint inspection of "manual visual + electrical performance test", we verify the core electrical indexes of connectors, such as conductivity, withstand voltage, insulation resistance, etc., to ensure that the products comply with the quality system requirements of the industry, such as IATF16949.

 

Third, the back-end warehousing and delivery

1. Batch warehousing management

Qualified products through the WMS warehouse management system scanning code into the warehouse, to achieve production batch traceability, inventory dynamic control and first-in-first-out (FIFO) management.

2. Order delivery and shipment

According to the customer's order requirements to complete the picking, stocking, through the logistics system to arrange for shipment, the whole process to provide batch traceability report and shipping inspection report (COC), to protect the delivery of time and quality traceability.

Injection molding workshop: high-precision automated molding, consolidating the quality of micro-structural parts foundation

As the core bearing unit of "injection molding raw material branch", the injection molding workshop focuses on the precision molding of connector miniature shells, internal latches and other plastic structural parts, and the whole process is in line with the design requirements of compactness and high rigidity of the products:

As the key processing area of the "Copper Strip Raw Material Branch", the stamping workshop focuses on the precision stamping and molding of miniature terminals, which provides the core substrate guarantee for the electrical performance of low contact resistance and high connection stability of the products:

Assembly Workshop I and II: automated and integrated assembly, realizing closed-loop control of process quality.

Assembly Workshop I and II focus on the core assembly process, and through the layout of multiple intelligent automated production lines, it undertakes stamping and injection molding of qualified parts, completes the core processes such as terminal crimping and component integration, and realizes the precise verification of the assembly process at the same time:

The base takes the whole-process autonomous production layout as the core, opening up the barriers from raw material processing, component molding to finished product assembly, and each workshop realizes production data interoperability through digital management system, so that the raw material batch, equipment parameters, and testing data of each batch can be traced accurately. 1. Standardized packaging design

JKUN adopts the industry standardized packaging scheme, the products will be neatly stored in the special carton according to the corresponding specifications, and then fixed on the pallet after packing, which not only ensures that the products are stacked neatly, but also adapts to the forklift loading and unloading process, which significantly improves the convenience of storage and transfer operations.

 

2. Standardize storage requirements

Product storage needs to keep the original packaging intact, and the storage environment should be clean and dry warehouse. It is recommended to prioritize the selection of light, small fluctuations in temperature and humidity and low humidity areas, and at the same time need to avoid packaging extrusion, collision, to prevent damage to the packaging affect product performance.

 

3. Flexible transportation options

In order to meet the needs of different orders and logistics coverage, the product provides diversified transportation options, including road transportation (trucks), international courier services (such as UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, DHL), air transportation and ocean transportation, etc., which can be flexibly adapted according to the actual scenarios.

 

4. Transportation and Operation Precautions

  • During transportation, it is necessary to avoid contact between the package and sharp objects, and prevent from being hit violently to avoid damage to the package and affect the quality of the product;
  • Under normal transportation and standard operation conditions, the product will not produce improper health hazards, but still need to pay attention to the safety of loading and unloading to avoid illegal operation;
