The F0501 is a 0.5mm pitch FPC flat cable connector featuring a pull-out horizontal and vertical design, a board height of 2.00mm, and an ultra-compact structure. Its core advantages include an ultra-narrow pitch, dual contact methods, a pull-out locking mechanism, zero-insertion-force assembly, and high retention force, making it suitable for the miniaturization trend of micro-electronic terminals.
The 0.5mm ultra-narrow pitch combined with a 2.00mm low profile meets the requirements of high-density PCB routing and space-constrained equipment installation. It supports both top and bottom contact methods for FFC/FPC, eliminating the need to adjust cable direction. The pull-out locking mechanism is intuitive and prevents accidental damage.
The integrated ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) assembly mechanism minimizes mechanical damage to the FFC/FPC contact surface. In the locked state, it provides excellent retention force, resisting vibration and shock to ensure stable signal transmission. Available in both top and bottom contact specifications, the connector adapts to different internal device structures and wiring designs, offering a wide range of applications.
