Manufacturing Process & Production Capability
Female Header Connector series products are manufactured with independently developed molds and produced through multiple standardized automated production lines.
During the stamping process, elastic phosphor bronze terminals are precisely formed according to different pitch specifications. The terminal contact structure is strictly controlled to ensure reliable insertion and retention performance. After stamping, terminals can be treated with gold plating or tin plating to improve wear resistance, conductivity, and corrosion resistance.
The injection molding workshop uses flame-retardant plastic materials to manufacture various housing structures, including single-row and dual-row female headers, supporting different PCB installation requirements.
Finished components are transferred to two automated assembly workshops, where high-speed insertion equipment precisely assembles terminals and housings. The entire production line is equipped with CCD visual inspection systems to detect bent pins, missing materials, housing defects, and other quality issues.
Qualified products are packaged in bags or tape-and-reel packaging and then undergo complete electrical inspection, including continuity, withstand voltage, and insulation resistance tests. After passing inspection, products are scanned into the warehouse management system.
Our factory has independent stamping, injection molding, and assembly workshops equipped with hundreds of automated production machines and digital management systems. All production data is fully traceable, including raw materials, process parameters, and inspection records. Each pitch specification must pass more than 500 trial production cycles before mass production. Following IATF16949 quality management standards, our professional production team and stable monthly capacity of 5 million pieces enable us to support overseas sample projects and full-container distributor orders.
