The L2004 is a 2.00mm pitch header connector designed for flat LED lighting devices such as ceiling lights and panel lights, as well as small smart home appliances. Its core advantages include dual-row multi-circuit transmission, a flat, low-profile design, modular adaptability, and wide-temperature weather resistance, meeting the multi-circuit signal and power transmission needs of flat devices.
The 2.0mm dual-row pitch supports flexible configurations from 2×2 to 2×8 PINs, enabling simultaneous transmission of multiple signals for intelligent device functions while increasing circuit density on the same PCB.


The low-profile housing minimizes vertical space on the driver board, enabling thinner, lighter designs for ceiling lights and panel lights and optimizing overall space utilization.
Multiple configurations are available, including straight-through, SMT surface mount, 90° angled, and male/female connectors with or without covers, adapting to different installation methods and production processes while improving mass production efficiency.
The connector withstands a wide temperature range and features 500V AC/min withstand voltage and ≥100MΩ insulation resistance to resist power grid fluctuations and electromagnetic interference. Flame-retardant materials comply with safety certification standards.
