L015: Jumper Header Connector

The L015 is a jumper header connector designed for T8/T5 and other linear LED tubes. Its core advantages include 2.54mm standard pitch multi-circuit transmission, dual-process multi-configuration end cap compatibility, ultra-wide temperature tolerance, and a patented high-reliability structure, addressing the power and signal connection needs of linear LED tubes.

The 2.54mm standard pitch allows flexible PIN configurations to meet the functional requirements of basic, smart dimming, and high-end networked tubes, eliminating the need for additional molds to fit mainstream modules.

Multiple connector configurations are available, including DIP straight-through, SMT surface mount, and 90° angled insertion. These designs optimize installation within limited tube end-cap space, reduce wire harness crossing, and improve assembly efficiency.

The operating temperature range is -40℃ to +110℃, ensuring reliable performance in low-temperature outdoor startups and high-temperature tube operation. A 1000V AC/min withstand voltage and ≥1000MΩ insulation resistance protect against power grid fluctuations, lightning-induced shocks, and short-circuit risks in humid environments.

The patented end-cap connection structure provides foolproof positioning to prevent assembly errors. Reinforced anti-vibration pins, low contact resistance (≤20mΩ), and a sealed adaptation structure reduce dust and moisture intrusion, ensuring reliable operation.

The L015 adopts a dual-branch parallel production model. Copper strip substrates undergo high-precision stamping and standardized surface treatment, while injection molding raw materials are processed simultaneously with strict quality control. After both branches, products undergo automated pin assembly, CCD visual inspection, tape packaging, and full-process final inspection to ensure consistent quality.

Products are packaged using industrial-grade standardized methods, neatly sorted into custom corrugated boxes and secured on pallets. Storage must maintain the original packaging in a clean, dry environment. Transportation methods are flexible, including road, express, air, and sea, with an emphasis on protection, operational safety, and environmental compliance.
