THR Through Hole Connector is a through-hole automotive and industrial connector compatible with reflow soldering processes. This THR Through Hole Connector combines the advantages of through-hole mounting and SMT production technology, providing stronger PCB connection reliability.

Manufacturing Process & Production Capability
The complete THR Through Hole Connector series is developed with self-designed tooling. High-purity thick copper strips are precision stamped into extended through-hole terminals. The terminal length and stamping clearance are strictly controlled to prevent burrs and defects during high-temperature soldering.
Gold plating and tin plating options are available according to different application requirements. The injection molding workshop uses high-temperature-resistant LCP engineering plastic to produce durable connector housings.
Automated assembly lines accurately insert and lock terminals. CCD vision inspection systems with ±0.01mm precision detect terminal height deviation and assembly defects.
Finished products undergo continuous 260℃ reflow simulation testing, followed by electrical continuity, insulation resistance, and withstand voltage testing before warehouse entry.
The factory has independent stamping, injection molding, and assembly workshops. All production processes are managed through a digital MES traceability system covering raw materials and process parameters.
New products must pass 500-1000 pieces of high-temperature trial production without warpage defects before mass production approval. The factory follows both IATF16949 automotive quality management and ISO9001 systems, with monthly production capacity reaching 5 million pieces to support overseas automotive and industrial customers.
