• Copper Strip Branch: Raw materials undergo stamping and electroplating for precise terminals.
• Injection Molding Branch: Flame-retardant plastics are processed through drying, molding, and inspection for dimensional and visual quality.

Both branches converge for pin pressing, automated assembly, CCD inspection, tape-and-reel packaging, final inspection, and warehousing for order-based shipment.

The core production base adheres to IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards, achieving fully automated production across injection molding, stamping, assembly, and inspection processes.

Products are packed in custom corrugated cardboard boxes with cushioning pads, secured on standard pallets, and reinforced with stretch film and corner protectors. Storage requires a clean, dry, ventilated, and light-protected environment, away from flammable, corrosive, or magnetic hazards. Transportation options include road, air, sea, and express delivery. Care must be taken to avoid impacts or sharp object contact.
